The Goddess Hunt was a short novella that takes place after the events in The Goddess Test, the first book in the series and before the events in book two.

The adventure was short, but wonderful. I felt like I got some more perspective on some of the characters and I loved how Kate challenged the gods a bit and I got a preview of how she might handle judgments after the summer when she will return to Henry. I liked her reasoning and how she shook things up and made the other gods look at their decisions a bit more. And Kate got a better look at the kind of people the rest of the gods are and how they make their decisions.

Despite the fact that Kate and Henry spend the time in the this novella separated, I feel like their relationship is even stronger after the events that took place. Overall, I liked the novella and I am even more excited to start the next book in the series after reading it.
